Just over 3 years ago as I was trekking through Kao Yai national park in Thailand and wondered what I possibly could do to make mosquitoes stay away instead in buzzing around my head. I had the usual head net, but they were still getting in, and making the so called relaxing trip an unpleasant ordeal. Once I got back in town I did some research, and found that there were very few products that could actually repel mosquitoes or midge flies without being applied directly to the skin.
